The picturesque village of Caputh lies directly on the River Havel. It is one of the bes known destinations for a day out just a stone's throw from Potsdam and almost within sight of Berlin. The beautiful "Landhaus Haveltreff” hotel, guaranteed to fulfil even the most discerning requirements, lies directly adjacent to the lake.
The kitchen team at the "Chelinet" restaurant will spoil you with regional products that are prepared individually and freshly every day. Savour warm summer evenings on the terrace directly overlooking the Caputh Gemünde cut-through. From June to September there are also barbecue evenings in this wonderful setting on selected dates. The "TÊTE-À-TÊTE" set menu, which changes every month, offers a 3-course menu to suit the season. In the colder months, you can relax by the fireplace or at the bar where the service team will spoil you with fine wines or a cocktail. There are also seasonal offers as well as cooking classes for adults and a ‘Murder Mystery’ dinner, as is a beautiful New Year's Eve party at which you can bring in the New Year with friends and family.
The "Wein-Depot” shop is a new feature since the spring of 2020 where you can order selected French wines from small, family wineries or pick them up directly in the restaurant. Refer to the website for the wine list.
