The audiences at the Caputh Music Festival can bask in the resonating sounds of the musical performances letting their troubles go and allowing themselves to be deeply moved. This festival offers a varied programme that explores a different theme every year. The Caputh Music Festival boasts a broad repertoire and this year it ranges from time travel by means of cello and vibraphone to palm court music from Vienna and Berlin, from organ music and the Caputh male choir to swing and rock. In its over 20 years of history the Caputh Music Festival has hosted around 280 concerts at attractive venues around Lake Schwielowsee. The concert locations are awe-inspiring and worth a visit in and of themselves.

The Caputh Music Festival harks back to a 1995 initiative of Caputh citizens that was aimed at 'breathing cultural life and music' into the attractive event venues at Lake Schwielowsee.
Ever since there have been approx. 12 concerts hosted at the festival in Caputh each year.
